Simple Expression: a toggle which doesn't required extra movement or physics. ex: gloomy effect, angry effect, crying effect, etc.

Complex Expression: a toggle that required additional process, movement, and physics. ex: arm toggle, holding controller, holding a pet, tongue out but mouth still moving, etc.

If you want your hair color or clothes color to change, the price will be free if it doesn't make things difficult for me.

Selena has the right to refuse any project that Selena cannot work on.

Selena can use the live2d model rig into Selena's portfolio. If you don't want it, you can tell Selena not to do it.

The completed model files provided to the client are for runtime only. Live2D project files for the model will not be provided to the client.

Selena wanted Selena's name to be placed in the credits clearly written in a place that was easy to see. This should be in your social media bio and/or your YouTube/Twitch channel.

Clients are required to postpone all planned debuts of created characters, and deadlines cannot be accelerated once the commission process has begun.

Clients are not permitted, under any circumstances, to use any part of their commissioned art and/or rig for non fungible tokens. Use of my art and/or rigging for any advertising or profits associated with non fungible tokens or cryptocurrency is strictly prohibited.

Selena has the right to refuse orders for live2d models that resemble one of the game characters or other people's vtuber characters to prevent copyright infringement.

In most cases, Selena will not rig a previously rigged model from another live2d rigger. There are rare exceptions, and in those cases Selena require written permission from both the model artist and the original live2d rigger.

Slots will not be taken until Selena have confirmed details with the client and have decided to take on project.

Up to 3 revisions are offered while model fitting is in progress. Once the first version of the final model is delivered to the client, a maximum of 5 minor revisions will be offered free of charge. Additional revisions will be charged (starting from 2% of total price).

Selena require a 3-6 weeks for finishing the project. This project starts when Selena begin accept your project, and not when you take a slot or are added to the waitlist.

In the case that permission is given to livestream working on your commission, there is a possibility that Selena will test the movement of your model with tracking software on stream.

If privacy and not wanting to be Selena's portfolio for a commission is desired, fees can be adjusted if the client is willing to make certain aspects of the commission private (example: streaming/wips OK but toggling certain buttons to private). If only the client's name needs to be private, there is no fee.

Selena does not accept refunds to clients if Selena has already started working on the project. Selena only receives payment once Selena is ready to start a project.

Express work will come with extra charges that will be communicated to the client. Based on the design or the overall complexity of the project, Selena may need to decline if the deadlines are too tight. In such situations, Selena is willing to talk about postponing certain aspects of the rigging to a later date.

Payment can be split between the base rigging price and add-ons, depending on the details of the project. Payment must be made in advance before work begins.

The client will receive an invoice via DM for payment.

If the client contacts Selena via social media and Selena accepts the client’s project offer, the project’s details will be discussed together immediately.

Client can confirm the final quote, as well as the project timeline.

The invoice will be sent to the client (via payment provided by selena).

If the invoice has been paid, the client’s project will be started immediately.

Progress videos or pictures will be sent to the client throughout work’s progress; and then the adjustment will be made according to any feedback.

Once the model has been completed, a .zip file with the runtime model folder for Vtube studio will be sent to the client immediately.

If there are any small adjustments requested by the client after trying out the model, these points will be fixed and the file of the new version will be sent.

If any modifications are needed for the tracking settings, support will be offered to the client.

If the client wishes to add new components or features to the model in the future, scheduling can be arranged. Ongoing commissions will take precedence over any modifications or additions to previous models.
